An excellent opportunity to join a successful manufacturing business as an Accounts Receivable Assistant has arisen. The successful applicant will be placed in a friendly working environment on a permanent basis. This role is based in Oldham, and will be reporting to the Finance Manager. The role will be responsible for:
Ensuring that customer invoices are processed correctly
Matching transactions to payments by customers and updating systems to reflect the payment
Ensuring that any credit notes are correctly processed against the right invoice
Maintaining the Accounts Receivable inbox
Maintaining inbox and workflow
Chasing overdue customer payments

Be a graduate or AAT studier looking to build a career in accounts. Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to quickly pick up systems.
