Part time Bookkeeper/Office Manager
Job Description
We are looking for experienced and reliable Bookkeeper/ Office Manager to join a smashing client of ours based in West Drayton. This is a fantastic part time opportunity, our client is looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running.
Duties will include:
• Running the book keeping side of the business.
• Answering phones.
• Occasionally taking customer details at our trade counter.
• Must be familiar with QuickBooks and able to communicate on line with our external accountants.
• Previous experience working as an Office Manager / Bookkeeping.
• Strong IT skills.
• Attention to detail.
