This position is part-time (a minimum of 30 hours per week and flexible). Sage experience is essential.
Bank reconciliations
Purchase Ledger - Deal with all invoices, scan into database and record in SAGE. Organise payment runs and deal with queries.
Sales Ledger - Send monthly statements to customers, run monthly reports and chase late payments
Prepare quarterly VAT returns
Prepare and post monthly journals as necessary
Month end reconciliations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
AAT qualified (or equivalent) is an advantage, but QBE will be considered Sage experience is essential Minimum of 5 years all round accounting experience Good knowledge of word and Excel Exceptional attention to detail
