Senior Accountant Public Practice job opportunity in St Albans

Senior Accountant job opportunity based near St. Albans, Hertfordshire working in an independent firm of accountants.
Ideally suited towards an ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience Senior Accountant who is looking to join a firm of accountants in a client facing and autonomous role where they have the support of the Partners combined with the flexibility to truly make the role their own.

With a general practice background, the Senior Accountant will report into the Partners and undertake a wide range of general accounting duties including:

Accounts preparation for Limited Companies, Sole traders and Partnerships.
Tax computations (personal and corporate).
Assisting in the management of workflow through the office.
Completion of VAT returns.
Attending client meetings including year end meetings.
Assisting more junior staff.
Reviewing the work of my junior staff.
