Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a small Accountancy and tax advisory company based in Chester. The enthusiastic Accounts Senior will be tasked with supporting the Accounts teams' ever growing workload and being a vital part of the practice working closely with the director. The ideal Senior Accountant will have a strong background in accounts and working with clients in a rounded role.

Senior Accountant Position Overview
Preparing statutory accounts for a range of different businesses
Preparing VAT returns quarterly
Helping review work when necessary
Preparing personal and business tax computations
Working closely with clients and managers in a facing role.

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration
£24,000 - £33,000 Per annum
28 days holiday allowance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

2+ years' experience in an Accountancy practice Preferably qualified but QBE would be considered Experience with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks would be preferable Experience in a client facing role would be advantageous
