Credit Controllers will deal with customers who are in arrears on and be responsible for recovering outstanding debts, and implementing sustainable arrangements. The role will involve phone, email, and letter contact with customers to establish contact and to understand why customers are in arrears. You'll get to know your customers and build trust and relationships in the process with a view to recover debts and helping them sustain payments in the long term.
