Job Description

As a senior with a minimum of 2 years` experience within elderly residential care, you will be required to shift lead, administer medication and generally oversee the staff team at all times.

A dedicated and experienced senior with enthusiasm to deliver the best care possible, you will be competent in leading a staff team, delegating tasks effectively, ensuring that all safeguarding procedures are adhered to and that all care delivered promotes choice, dignity and independence.
