Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices and checking these against purchase orders.
  • Payment runs.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous purchase ledger experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. A willingness to help out team mates as and when necessary. Good communication skills. Good Excel skills.
