Your key duties as our Credit Controller will include:

- Ensuring the security and profitability of Bibby through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients

- Administering and maintaining the client ledgers as adequate security base for the lending

- Establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with their allocated portfolio of clients

- Providing excellent standards of client service

- Ensuring that security is maintained at all times within the established systems and processes operated by BFS

- Provide prompt feedback on the quality of debts on the quality of debtor ledgers to the Relationship Teams

- Ensuring security & profitability of a portfolio of clients through efficient and effective Credit Control

- Providing a high level of service through credit control and ledger maintenance

- Ensuring ledgers are well maintained and accurate

- Proactively seeking to understand their clients and debtors to allow them to spot opportunities and both warning signs

- Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A good communicator with excellent attention to detail and someone who is self-motivated and well-organised with a good amount of self-discipline - Customer Service experience - Office environment experience - Good communication, excellent customer service, attention to detail - Basic IT & MS office skills, Excel, Word, Outlook - Credit Control experience in a financial service environment - Can understand Risk in a financial service environment
