Job Description
  • Updating and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Posting of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier accounts
  • Assist with posting and allocating of cheques and BACS receipts
  • Investigative work reconciling debit notes outstanding on the Sales Ledger
  • Contacting customers for outstanding invoices and debit notes
  • Help with the implementation of a new ERP system and installing the financial duties
  • Credit checks on new and existing customer accounts
  • Maintenance of Credit terms and limits

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You'll need to be the kind of person who has strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage with key stakeholders. The ability to use your own initiative and attention to detail to a must while having a hardworking, proactive and positive approach. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident user of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages with the ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast paced environment.
