Senior Accountant, Nottingham, £30,000 - £40,000

This role would suit someone who wants to become a Partner, in the medium to long term.

The progression won't be fast tracked. You'll need to be patient, but you'll have a clear route to the top of this small, independent Nottingham firm.

This Firm have got the balance right between good old fashioned customer service and embracing the latest technology, to ensure they retain their long standing clients, as well as continuing to win new business.

Your role will be very much focussed around Accounts Preparation for a range of small, limited companies. There will also be some Audit work involved too, but this will be minimal and you don't need to have had previous Audit experience.

It's not a long hours culture, they do have pinch points at certain times of the year, but you certainly won't be having regular 7pm finishes.

In summary, it's a broad focussed, general practice role that will offer you stability in the short term and good, clear progression opportunities in the long run.
