This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist to work on a variety of exciting, medium to large-scale projects within the residential sector.

The most successful Architectural Technician / Technologist should have at least 3 years' previous experience working as either an Architectural Technician / Technologist. Proficiency with Revit & AutoCAD software and high technical ability will also be key for the most successful candidate. A high quality portfolio should also be able to be displayed on request. Projects include a variety of medium to large-scale projects predominantly within the residential sector. Our client works across various sectors however have secured a lot of work within the residential sector across London. They are seeking a candidate that is confident when liaising with clients & contractors. Another key element of the job will be to produce tender and construction packages.
