Description
The key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will be:
- Processing expenses for up to 4,000 contractors per week
- Bank reconciliations
- Raising purchase orders when required
- Processing accounts payable invoices for the company's contractors
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Other ad hoc tasks as necessary
Profile
The successful Accounts Assistant must have:
- At least 12 months' experience in a similar accountancy role
- Experience using SageLine50 and/or Xero accounting systems
- A dynamic attitude to work
- Experience processing a high volume of invoices
- Active studiers are preferred but studying is not a prerequisite
Job Offer
