This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM Coordinator to join a well-established practice and to develop their career within a talented team.

The successful BIM Coordinator will be responsible for the technical management of the projects, help to technically deliver BIM projects, provide technical support, review clash reports and lead this process if needed, prepare training documentation as well as provide mentoring and team training when required. A knowledge and experience of new build construction detailing and design is essential. This Architectural practice specialises within several sectors including Residential, Mixed-Use, Retail and Office across the UK and Internationally so the successful BIM Coordinator will be expected to have experience working within a minimum of two of these sectors as well as have be interested / have experience with working internationally.

This client has a lot of work in Germany currently so they are ideally seeking a BIM Coordinator that has professional experience working within this country or is German speaking. Excellent BIM capability is essential.
