Projects varying from small to large-scale developments. The successful Architectural Technologist will be involved in a mixture of projects from new builds, extensions to conversions. Key responsibilities include working closely with the design team, providing architectural solutions, create technical detailing's, prepare and present design proposals as well as produce planning and building applications. ·  Work on a range of developments within the Residential sector.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
