Job Description

The successful Architect will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects. The successful Architect will be based from our clients' offices in Worthing. This company is growing quickly and has won a variety of projects recently so is seeking an Architect to come on board and work closely with the Director to take on the more design related tasks. Our client is seeking an Architect to have at least 5 years' experience as the ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running in this busy office. Residential experience would be highly advantageous as our client has a large portfolio & pipeline of exciting projects. The most suitable candidate should also be able to working alongside both internal & external stakeholders in order to make sure that projects are being completed on time, within budget and to an excellent standard. Our client uses a mix of Revit and AutoCAD so previous experience with this software would once again be highly advantageous. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy architectural practice with a great pipeline of small to large-scale residential, commercial and retail projects. ·  Run projects from Inception through to Completion.

·  Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project.

·  Work on a variety of residential, commercial and retail projects from small - large scale.

·  Assess the needs of the building and its users, advising the client on the practicality of their project.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·  Minimum 5 years' experience as an Architect. ·  Highly motivated & strong work ethic. ·  Degree qualified & RIBA qualified Architect. ·  Residential experience highly advantageous. ·  Good knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD. Architect Position Remuneration.
