The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities to launch new products and continue growth on existing product solutions. It is an important organisational role that sets the strategy for their product solutions and reviews customer experience by conducting market analysis and segmentation to establish value propositions, messaging and price as well as campaign initiatives.
It is expected that the Product Manager will have a background within the medical and healthcare sector with an appreciation for the time critical nature of the end users as well as an understanding of clinical applications such as acute care testing, blood sampling, blood gas analysis, transcutaneous monitoring, immunoassay testing.
Given the nature of the position travel is to be expected, and working will be split between home working and the office, which is in Crawley, West Sussex.
Product Manager Overview
Drive the strategic direction of the product lines
Perform market analysis to segment the market and identify target segments
Identify, develop and activate "External Experts" in support of the product strategy to create awareness and build peer-to-peer communication
Establish, develop and supervise the successful execution of product launches, marketing initiatives, and campaigns
Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that meet business goals and revenue targets by collaborating with internal departments
Build marketing programs that include customer-facing material, lead-generating campaigns
Identify and help organise key congresses, events and trade shows to promote and engage with External Experts as speakers
Establish appropriate critical metrics to supervise business impact and traction as well as value of initiatives
Act as the subject matter specialist, demonstrating expertise on products, competitors and clinical and scientific topics
Ownership of the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new insights, campaigns and projects
Supporting internal and external customer queries, managing product allocation and regulatory issues
Completing tender responses within the required timeline with "outstanding" responses
