Job Description

Our client is seeking an Architect to have at least 5 years' experience as the ideal candidate should be able to hit the ground running in this busy office. Residential experience would be highly advantageous as our client has a large portfolio & pipeline of exciting projects. The most suitable candidate should also be able to working alongside both internal & external stakeholders in order to make sure that projects are being completed on time, within budget and to an excellent standard. Our client uses a mix of Revit and AutoCAD so previous experience with this software would once again be highly advantageous.

Architect Position Overview

• Run projects from Inception through to Completion
• Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project
• Work on a variety of residential, commercial and retail projects from small - large scale
• Assess the needs of the building and its users, advising the client on the practicality of their project
• Work in a team as well as individually at times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Architect Highly motivated & strong work ethic Degree qualified & RIBA qualified Architect Residential experience highly advantageous Good knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD
