You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that have an excellent reputation in the area for working on various industrial and commercial projects.

The most successful Architect should have excellent technical ability and should be able to display this with a high-quality portfolio. Our client has developed a well-established business model, with clients across the UK, so the ability to drive to various sites is important. The most successful Architect should have experience running their own projects, as they will be expected to hit the ground running, ideally this experience should be within the industrial or commercial sectors. Excellent client facing skills & communication skills will also be a key element of this job. Our client uses a mix of Revit and AutoCAD so good knowledge of either software is also important.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Architect to further their career within a busy office with a vast & interesting pipeline of projects, predominately within the residential & commercial sectors.

Architect Position Overview

• Producing feasibility studies, planning applications and tender packages
• Producing high-quality drawings on AutoCAD & Revit
• Meeting with the council & other professionals
• Working on various exciting projects in the Commercial & Industrial sectors

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Relevant Degree Qualified Based in or around the Coventry area Good knowledge of either Revit or AutoCAD Experience of running projects Experience working on Industrial & Commercial projects Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic ARB registered Architect
