Reporting to the Group Finance Director and a dotted line to the site Managing Director this exciting Management Accountants role is a standalone role and covers all aspects of both management, financial accounting and group reporting for the site. The role has a strong commercial element as you will be supporting the senior leadership team in the running of the site, guiding them to make well informed decision by providing a robust financial analysis service and advisory.The business is great, well regarded for its products, has great staff retention and culture that encourages the growth of its employees.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The client is keen to hire a candidate who qualified in either the CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification and who is ambitions, having the drive to make a difference. It is essential that your experience covers both management & financial accounting and that you're a comfortable in a very hands on role. You will need to be an excellent communicator as the role involves working with staff from all levels of the business.
