Premier Work Support are delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading delivery companies and have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator to join the team in Greenford, Middlesex. This full time ongoing role working Monday to Friday is on a temporary basis to start with but may well lead to a permanent role.
Working closely with the management team you will ensure the day-to-day administration for the depot is dealt with effectively. This involves dealing with purchase orders, the processing invoices and resolving any queries that may come up.
Other duties will include processing weekly payroll, keeping petty cash updated, administering new starters & leavers, collating personnel records and any other administrative duties as required including typing confidential documents and letters.
You will have a background in a similar role ideally with payroll data entry experience. Your strong communication skills and confident manner will ensure that you build strong rapport with customers. You will need a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, self-motivation and organisation.
