There is a variety of exciting projects in the pipeline, as our client has a strong core value for keeping up existing relationships with their stakeholders. Our client has some exciting projects on offer and predominantly work on conservational and historical buildings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to further their experiences and work on some exciting projects at a busy, growing practice.

Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview

• Produce high quality drawings on Vectorworks software
• Working on a variety of conservational & historic projects
• Report writing, including the development of NBS based specifications and tender documentation
• Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
• Work on multiple projects at one time
• Work alongside and assist more senior members of staff

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of Vectorworks software highly advantageous Understanding of BIM 2 years + experience in a similar role Experience of working across RIBA stages 1-7 Live in or around the Cardiff area High technical standard Highly motivated & excellent work ethics
