Job Description

• Preparation of UK statutory accounts, including liaising with external auditors
• Take ownership of the timely production of year-end audit deliverables
• Perform monthly reviews of statutory information for all trading entities across the Group
• Identify areas of improvement in the statutory reporting environment, suggesting and implementing new processes and controls where necessary
• Undertake ad hoc financial analysis/forecasting to support the business in effective and informed decision-making
• Assist in completing ad-hoc reporting analysis requests made by senior stakeholders
• Helping to continually improve finance systems, processes and interaction with the wider business to support overall finance efficiency

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Be ideally ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified. Have experience within a statutory reporting role. Have strong excel skills. Prior experience of using an ERP will be beneficial. Be available at short notice.
