Job Description

This Architectural Practice specialises within the Commercial sector and work on a range of small to large scale developments. Projects include retail, hospitality, mixed-use and office spaces. They also work across the UK and Internationally so the successful Architectural Revit Technician will be expected to have experience working within a minimum of two of these sectors as well as have be interested / have experience with working internationally. They are ideally looking for an Architectural Revit Technician within a minimum of three years post qualification. On a daily basis the Architectural Revit Technician will be responsible for running jobs, working throughout all RIBA Stages, producing planning applications, tender packages and work projects on site. The successful Architectural Revit Technician will be working with Revit on a daily basis so it is essential to have a good working knowledge of these software's.

This client has a lot of work in Germany currently so they are ideally seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator that has professional experience working within this country or is German speaking. Excellent BIM / Revit capability is essential.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Relevant Degree Qualified - Minimum 3 years' Post Qualification Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic Proficient with Revit / BIM Experience with working in Germany or German Speaking Understanding of relevant building regulations
