Job Description
Oyster Partnership are working with a Housing Association based in West London.They are seeking some additional support in their HR team over the next 3 – 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the main HR inbox and escalating queries to the appropriate manager
- Process starters, leavers, sickness, benefits and holidays
- Help manage recruitment processes, post adverts, monitor responses, arrange interviews, check compliance and reference details
- Liaise with managers and employees across the organisation to ensure all staff members are up to date with the latest procedures
- Support the senior HR management team with a broad range of issues including payroll, case work and equality, diversity & inclusion administration
Background:
- Previous HR administration experience
- Strong understanding of the HR function and the different areas within the department
- Experience being point of call for initial HR queries
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Housing Sector knowledge preferrable
