Job Description
  • Being responsible for all transactional accounts functions including Purchase Ledger
  • Managing the contractor temp/payroll of 60
  • Coordinating timesheets
  • Handling Purchase Orders and reconciling accounts
  • Using QuickBooks
  • Implementing new systems and coordinating projects
  • Setting up a new database
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Onboarding temps and coordinating compliance and GDPR
  • Handling receipts and expenses
  • Managing all invoicing
  • Administration support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
An experienced Accounts Assistant who has a wide Accounts skill set including Purchase Ledger and Payroll and a flexible attitude. You will enjoy implementing new systems and you will have ideas to help improve and streamline their Accounts and Administration functions.
