Proactive diary management: being able to identify and understand priorities to effectively maintain and update diaries as appropriate (using IT packages)
Effective e-mail management: establish, agree and maintain a system that best supports the business
Comprehensive and proactive business support: able to manage, priorities and undertake diverse activities in a positive and flexible way (e.g. arranging travel plans, managing calls, setting up / coordinating meetings / conferences, dealing with general queries and correspondence, minute taking)
Creation and management of key reports and processes: collate appropriate information and create report required.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required, be a proactive source of help to the team and keep activity on track, carrying out all tasks required.
