This a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects in the Commercial & Residential sectors. Our client are looking for either a recently qualified / graduated Architectural Technician / Technologist or someone with previous industry knowledge to work on a variety of exciting projects that our client has in the pipeline. This would be an invaluable experience for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to gain exposure on projects from inception through to completion allowing the most successful candidate to expand their knowledge. Knowledge of both AutoCAD & Revit software would be advantagous to the most succesful candidate as the production of high-quality technical drawings will be a key aspect of the responsibilities. ·  Creating detailed plans and layouts using AutoCAD / Revit software.

·  Overseeing building warrants/planning applications.

·  Ensuring projects are commenced on time by coordinating the necessary technical drawings and approvals.

·  Relevant qualifications / degree (Ba, Bsc or HND / HNC).

·  Able to demonstrate high-quality drawings in a portfolio.
