Job Description
The successful Production Administrator will be responsible for maintaining a first point of contact for existing customers on order enquiries, as well as processing of orders and updating the companies ERP / MRP system.
Production Administrator Position Overview
Order Processing from Sales Quotations
Liaising with customers and answering incoming order enquiries on production timescales
Purchasing of materials from suppliers and raising purchase orders
Generating work orders to be passed onto the production planner
Speaking with customers to confirm delivery days and special arrangements
Generating final invoices after project completion
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven background within a manufacturing environment is essential Previous experience in a Production Administrator or similar role Knowledge of ERP / MRP Systems desirable Computer Literate, and proficient with Microsoft packages Based in a commutable distance of Littlehampton Full UK Driving License
