Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to work on a range of exciting projects as well as build and develop their career within a talented team.

The successful Architect is expected to have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience as well as experience within the Conservation sector. Key projects will include large scale developments such as public, historic and listed buildings. On a daily basis the Architect will be responsible for leading a project through concept and delivery stages, working closely and liaising with clients and consultants, leading a medium sized team, produce technical detailing as well as ensure all projects are completed by the deadline and are in line with all design requirements. Our client is ideally looking for an Architect that is proficient with using AutoCAD, Revit and NBS as these all will be used on a daily basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Architect with conservational experience to further their career within a prestigious and well-established practice in Bristol.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Building conservation experience essential Proficiency with AutoCAD & BIM BIM conservational experience also advantageous, though not essential Live in or around Bristol 5 years' experience post Part III
