We are looking for a “think outside the box type” person who can work very closely with our lettings and estate agency office team to ensure smooth running of all administrative and accounts aspects of the business.
General duties will include : - general property marketing, arranging diary appointments, tenancy applications, referencing, move ins, ensuring property certification is up to date, managing and organising vacant / upcoming properties, arranging inspections and dealing with a host of general queries from clients, landlords and tenants
Accounts duties will include using specialist lettings / sales / management industry software to : - receipt tenancy rents, pay landlords, pay contractors, invoice, reconcile bank accounts, deal with rent arrears \ debtors, laise with all clients, serve legal notices where required.
Previous lettings / property administration / estate agency / accounts experience is preferred.
