Job Description

We are currently looking for an Office / Accounts Administrator to join this successful business based in Summer bridge. The main purpose of the role is to support the small friendly Accounts team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the telephone and managing calls
  • Managing e-mails and post
  • Filing and general stationery duties
  • Checking invoices - both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Assisting with general accounts duties
  • Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger administration once trained

This Office / Accounts Administrator role will evolve in time incorporating more of the Accounts function.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for someone who has initiative and drive and can learn on the job. The right candidate for this Office / Accounts Administrator role will have excellent attention to detail and have a good head for numbers. Full training will be given.
