Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to play a key role within a new and interesting company that is currently growing at a strong & consistent rate!

The ability to work effectively within a Team and having a friendly positive attitude are two highly valued qualities for working within this company and in this role. If what you see below is of interest, make sure you carefully follow the instructions at the end.

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Recording Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger & Bank Transactions
  • Completing VAT Returns
  • Preparing General Ledger Journals & various Financial Reports
  • Adhoc Bookkeeping, Accounts & Financial Spreadsheet Tasks
  • Answering Incoming Calls from & on behalf of Clients
  • Adhoc Administrative tasks - both internally & for clients

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Bookkeeping experience 2. Able to use & adapt to new software’s 3. Strong Excel Skills 4. Experience with accounting software’s 5. Professional & friendly telephone manner 6. Any AAT / Accounting Qualifications 7. Effective Time Management 8. Excellent written and spoken English 9. Customer care experience 10. Administrative Experience Experience: Xero / Other Accounting Software: 2 years (Preferred). bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred).
