Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an Application Support specialist who wants to move into software development or for a junior developer who wants to broaden their application support skills.

You will join a small, dynamic team where you will deal with 3rd line technical support calls, and enhancement requests which could include bug fixes, database report queries or workflow amendments.

You will be involved in the development of the case management software and the 3E practice management system which underpins the firms’ business processes and developing management reports using SSRS and SQL.

You will also be involved with developing .NET applications and web service integrations, utilising Azure DevOps, ASP .Net MVC, Webforms and REST API’s.

You will work with our suppliers and the rest of the IT team to maintain our application software and keep our systems running smoothly. You will use your problem solving and analytical skills to take ownership of problems until resolved, and take pride in providing a great service.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As part of this busy team you will need some experience of C#, VB.Net and SQL, the software development life cycle, excellent problem solving skills, great communication, previous experience of Application Software Support and Development and a thirst for learning.
