We are looking for a talented accountant with a strong private practice background.

Our client is a leading accounting and tax specialist with offices in both Bradford and Leeds (West Yorkshire).

The focus of this exciting company is to give their clients the best possible personal service, with sound advice based on mature judgment and many years of experience.

Our client is currently looking for a senior accountant to join their growing team. The role will be based predominately in Cleckheaton but will require the ideal candidate to spend time in the Leeds location.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Producing monthly management accounts for companies in various industries. Preparing statutory accounts for clients who use a range of accounting packages. Preparing consolidated accounts for groups of companies. Preparing, reviewing, and submitting VAT returns. Preparing corporation tax returns. Assisting clients with conversion to cloud-based accounting packages. SAGE, IRIS & QuickBooks expert. Review accounts produced by the team, coach and discuss accounts with clients.
