Job Description
  • Assist in all aspects of Database including:
  • Client inception and closure
  • Matter transfers
  • Revaluation of WIP
  • Rate changes and maintenance
  • Employee starter and leaver management
  • Daily reporting
  • Escalation of system issues to service provider
  • Assist with the Bank Reconciliation process on a daily and monthly basis
  • Addressing mailbox queries within the agreed SLA
  • Action ad-hoc requests as required
  • Ensure familiarity with, and adherence to, the Solicitor Accounting Rules
  • Ensure policy and procedure is current and accurate at all times
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum two years finance experience, preferably associated with database administration or compliance, within a Legal environment is essential. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Possess good numerical skills with attention to detail; good administration, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
