Job Description
- Assist in all aspects of Database including:
- Client inception and closure
- Matter transfers
- Revaluation of WIP
- Rate changes and maintenance
- Employee starter and leaver management
- Daily reporting
- Escalation of system issues to service provider
- Assist with the Bank Reconciliation process on a daily and monthly basis
- Addressing mailbox queries within the agreed SLA
- Action ad-hoc requests as required
- Ensure familiarity with, and adherence to, the Solicitor Accounting Rules
- Ensure policy and procedure is current and accurate at all times
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum two years finance experience, preferably associated with database administration or compliance, within a Legal environment is essential. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Possess good numerical skills with attention to detail; good administration, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
