Payroll Administrator
Full-time, Contract
Job Description

- Calculating hours worked from weekly timesheets, including any overtime and bonus payments as per employee contract

- Calculating holiday pay, SSP, SPP, SMP

- Processing payslips & P45's, payroll year end and P60's Inc. PAYE/NI to HMRC

- Processing payroll data on Opera and CS Time

- Managing attachment orders & employee holiday club

- Submitting Pension uploads to NEST

HR Duties

- Overseeing the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of new staff across the business

- Managing new starters & employee contracts

- Managing staff holidays and sickness

- Dealing with staff disciplinaries and Grievances


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate must have experience with all HR policies and procedures We are looking for someone who is highly organized, has great attention to detail and can communicate at all levels, they must have the right experience to be successful and join a local, fast growing company. Experience: Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
