The Database Administrator will work across the Billing and Accounts teams and be responsible for a wide range of duties, involving the database functions, bank reconciliations and SRA breaches.
These will include:
Office and client account reconciliations
Opening/closing of files and performing new client vetting
Rate changes and maintenance
Maintain fee earner targets and budgets
Employee starter and leaver management
Revaluation of WIP
Assist with bank reconciliation process
SRA breach reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied role within a fast-paced environment, those with previous legal accounts knowledge or experience in professional services would be at an advantage. Due to the nature of the role, you will be someone who has excellent attention to detail and good communications skills. Experience: legal cashiering: 1 year (Preferred)
