The Programme Delivery consultant will provide project management expertise to our clients and Consulting project teams, manage active associates and client accounts, and help to develop new business. They will specifically be responsible for the development and efficient execution of underlying Programme Delivery processes, and will be influential in the development of the Programme Delivery strategy, playing a key role in the growth of this function
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A solid understanding of, and track-record in, the financial services industry Hands on and proven programme delivery experience Proficiency in change delivery methodology and practice Experience and solid understanding of Financial Services business & IT operations and change delivery Extremely thorough, analytical and hard working behaviours Excellent people and communication skills, able to confidently converse at Board level, with a track record of building strong business relationships Strong ability to articulate ideas, bringing them to life visually and presenting them formally to clients Understanding of IT fundamentals and different categories of FS systems
