Job Description

My Client is currently looking to appoint an experienced Accounts candidate to join their busy team to cover on the Sales Ledger side of the team - this role is initially a 6 month Contract but there is every chance it will be extended or even made permanent for the right candidate

You will need to have hands on Accounts / Sales Ledger experience as you will be required to hit the ground running!

Daily duties will include;

  • Accurate and efficient Sales Ledger Invoice Processing - usually up to 100 per day!
  • Dealing with complex Invoices and resolving any discrepancies
  • Often liaising with colleagues across other offices, including Overseas
  • Assist across any other areas of Finance as required - the more you can do the more you will be tasked with
  • Experience of working on Sage based Accounts systems would be an advantage

Working hours - Monday - Friday 9.15am - 5.45pm - these hours are non negotiable, with how they operate, their Invoices come through after 3pm daily so it is all hands on deck from then onwards! Onsite parking is available

Interviews will be conducted via Zoom / Teams - the client is looking for someone to start in this role quite quickly
