Job Description

As a Infrastructure Engineer your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide technical and functional support for the Infrastructure and Desktop environments

• Resolve incidents, investigate and solve problems and liaise with other teams and third parties to ensure proper implementation of solutions

• Perform monthly maintenance and patching of the desktop environment

• Installation of software and hardware in line with our client’s policies and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Windows Server experience Active directory experience Virtualisation experience Managing all email traffic on the helpdesk Supporting Windows 7, 8, 10 Cloud - AWS, Azure, GCP - nice to have
