Zoom Recruitment have an exciting opening for a fast paced and experienced Recruitment Administrator where you will be supporting our warehouse, driving and NHS Consultants with all recruitment admin needs.
On a daily basis, you will be providing admin support to the recruitment team throughout the recruitment cycle for our recruitment campaigns which are allocated to you and the wider recruitment team. You will also be developing relationships with our temporary workforce to ensure you identify any needs and provide the necessary solutions. In addition to this you will be liaising with applicants at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure that they have a positive recruitment experience regardless of the outcome of an application.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and looking to develop a career in recruitment, this role will suit a confident and solutions orientated character who is willing to go the extra mile where required to ensure our clients and candidates receive the best customer experience. Contract recruitment is fast paced and as we head into peak towards Xmas this is our busiest time so flexibility and a positive can do attitude is a must.
Responsibilities
• Entering candidate data and compliance onto our CRM and also updating exel spreadsheets, we are looking for a candidate who is proficient in all MS suite including word, exel, powerpoint
• Create and publish job adverts and social media postings across our various portals
• Screen resumes and job applications whereby you must have good attention to detail
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates for the recruitment team
• Interview candidates via telephone or MS teams where required for a wide range of roles
• Send and chase timesheets and assist the payroll manager with entering data onto our online booking platform
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure documents are checked and compliant
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings onto our CRM daily
Requirements
• Proven experience as an efficient administrator, Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role or willing to learn very fast
• Hands-on experience with large job sites like CV Library and Indeed
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta
• Familiarity with CRM databases and logging data accurately and efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit
