Job Description
  • Working within a busy Purchase Ledger Team
  • Requesting copy invoices from Suppliers
  • Processing Invoices
  • Checking Supplier Bank Account Details
  • Printing all expense claims/approvals
  • Sending out Remittance advice's in the post
  • Call backs and prepping documents for new accounts to be opened
  • Scanning purchase ledger invoices onto to the system

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous Purchase Ledger experience is a must. Ability to work under Pressure. Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills. The ability to learn and pick things up quickly. Experience: purchase ledger: 1 year (Preferred). Accounts Payable: 1 year (Preferred).
