Responsibilities:
• Leading the process analysis and technical design activities.
• Analysis of processes, functional and non-functional requirements
• Eliciting and documenting requirements from stakeholders, users, & customers.
• Consulting with the customer and advising on how you can benefit their existing processes.
• Working closely with the development team with system integration requirements ensuring that the customers’ needs are fulfilled.
