Job Description

Our client is looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 6 years post ACCA qualification and has extensive Accountancy Practice experience. This role has an opportunity to progress to Director level within the business!

Duties (but not limited too):

· Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Leeds office

· Managing a team of up to 8 people- reviewing and delegating workload

· Ensuring efficient and professional communication between clients at all times

· Managing the year-end accounts process, plus reviewing and finalizing accounts

· Month End Management

· Tax Planning

· Providing, updating, and reporting on information relating to Compliance Performance

· Monitoring of workloads and using resources efficiently

· Preparing VAT returns

· Managing timesheet and jobs using IRIS

· Bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks & xero

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You must have experience using IRIS, Xero and QuickBooks. IRIS software experience is essential and is the back bone of this company. Experience: Post ACCA qualification: 6 years (Preferred)
