Job Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will enable the successful candidate to work closely with both financial and non-financial staff whilst developing their management accounting skills and career.
Preparing monthly management accounts.
Analysis of key operational expenditure and transport spend.
Working with your business partners to provide information and analysis, which will directly influence decision-making and costs.
Creation and development of various weekly and monthly management information and reporting.
Forecasting and budgeting - monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and controlling general accruals and prepayments.
Ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will have either completed or be in the final stages of a professional accountancy qualification. You must be self-motivated, with a problem solving mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you must have the ability to work independently, whilst collaborating with other team members when required. You must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in liaising with key internal contacts at various levels within the business, as well as the ability to translate financial information to non-finance staff. Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential. Experience of SAP is desirable.
