Job Description

Reporting to the Finance Director, key duties will include:

• Produce monthly management accounts pack for board including complex analysis
• Prepare and maintain reports which identify and investigate margin variances
• Analysis of sales / gross margin using standard costing
• Analysis / reconciliation of P&L and balance sheet accounts
• Provide sales/stock analysis including trend and variance analysis
• Monitor sales and analyze performance against budget
• Calculate and analyze product inventory costs and evaluate margin
• Reconcile stock account and provide calculation for stock movements
• Run and reconcile monthly stock and WIP reports
• Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers to put the finance and accounts in context
