There may be occasions where you will need to travel to the office base in Uxbridge from time to time also.

Key Responsibilities:

? Ensure all Requirements, Design, Interface and Output deliverables are delivered on time

? Act as a Consultant in requirement and design workshops internally and externally

? Manage and Engage with Lead BA/Project Director/Delivery Manager on all project Deliverables, Actions, Assumptions, Risks, Issues, Decisions, Constraints

? Support Product Owner (or act as ProductOwner) especially in defining and refining the Backlog

? Review and Signoff all assigned User Stories

? Support Development throughout the build phase, inclusing the technical design.

? Review the Test Scripts and support testing throughout test phase

? Help defining acceptance criteria and high level estimates

? Working to processes & best practices

? Manage and participate in Peer Review activities, interacting with other Business Analysts, to ensure quality and completeness of requirement and design work

? Support the definition and ongoing management of User Stories.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong experience as a business analyst • Strong experience working in a life and pensions environment • Extensive financial Services (Life, Pensions or Investments) project experience including Customer facing (this can be internal or external) experience, and knowledge of the regulatory requirements. • Previous experience working with a policy administration system processing is essential • Experience of supporting the design of end to end solutions • Will have demonstrated experience of implementing significant functional change • Experienced in full project lifecycle having been involved in numerous system implementation or enhancement projects • Must be willing to travel to client sites (international travel may be required) Preferred: ? Experience in the early stages of a project. Especially supporting the pre-sale and scope definition activities Candidates with one or more of the following qualifications are preferred: ? Certified Business Analysis Professional (International Institute of Business Analysis) ? CII ? ISEB ACII / FPC / AFPC or equivalents
