You will be working with the IT team to deliver projects and be providing solutions to technical problems and requirements. The role will be quite intensely hands-on during the early phases of the transformation, with an opportunity to move into more strategic, group-wide project work as technologies such as office 365 and virtual infrastructures are deployed.

Key Responsibilities
• Must be a self-starter and able to self-manage a demanding list of priorities as the go-to person in the region for expert IT service and project execution.
• Providing mainly 3rd line support whilst utilising excellent customer service skills.
• Assisting in support and being responsible for your own project workload ensuring they are delivered on time and to specification.
• Ensuring stakeholders are informed and correct procedures followed throughout project cycles.
• Investigating improvements and better ways of working for the business.
• Ensuring daily checks are completed of the network and infrastructure.
• Work as a key team member to fulfil support projects, infrastructure projects and to
• influence/knowledge share proactively amongst the team
• Having a pro-active and self-motivated attitude is key.
