The successful candidate will have experienced as a Book Keeper ideally within the supply chain industry and experience in all aspects of Book Keeping, this is a great opportunity to work for a successful and expanding company with a great team.
DUTIES:
All aspects of Book keeping
Preparing Purchase and Sales Day Book
Preparing Cash Book
Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors
Preparing vat returns
Preparing & Posting Journals
Managing client records
Liaising with client on a regular basis
Managing clients enquiries
Staff Time sheet Management
General office duties
Salary £12 - £15 per hour depending upon experience
Part-time hours: up to 25 hours a week

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience using XERO accounts. Sage Line 50, Cash flow, Xero, QuickBooks etc. Payroll. CIS return. VAT return. Computer Literate e.g. Word, Excel, Email, internet etc. Education required. Minimum AAT qualification. Part Time 16 hours per week - permanent role. Experience: bookkeeping XERO ASOFTWARE: 4 years (Required)
